Jasveer Kaur has made a mark in the television industry by acting in two completely different shades in two popular soaps `Betiyaan` and `Maayka` on Zee Television. In the former one she comes from a `kotha` background and by means of ill plans gets entry into the Garodia household as their daughter-in-law.

In the later one she is portrayed a big time model in U.S.A and is involved in a very cozy relation with a very skilled and reputed fashion photographer Shabd. While Shabd considers her as his friend she does not know when she falls for Shabd and goes away to U.S. in order to convince about their marriage. But she is completely shattered when she returns and finds that Shabd has already tied the knot with Mahi played by Neha Bamb.

She also does not approve Shabd`s matrimonial alliance with Mahi and goes out of her way to get her out of Shabd`s life. She also admitted in a recent interview that she felt a bit hesitant in portraying the role of a `kothawali` in the serial `Betiyaan` but it was people around her who made her feel very comfortable. She also feels that she can relate with both the characters equally well as she is a mixture of both in real life, modern by thought and traditional by looks.

For those who are bored of seeing traditional women in the dailies Jasveer Kaur adds a bit of spice by her hip-hop look in her character of Suhani in Zee Television`s `Maayka`. The actress is very happy about the fact that she will be able to sport stylish outfits in her reel life as she does in her real life. Her character in this serial is also totally in contrast with the traditional character of hers in the other popular soap `Betiyaan`. She in fact takes it as challenges to portray two completely different shades in 2 serials. She has been in this industry for more than ten years. She started as a dancer in the year 1997 and since then moved on to carve out a niche for herself in the hearts of her sincere fan following. Yet she has not forgotten where she has started from and is still in touch with many people who were there with her in the root level.

On the personal front also this doe-eyed actress is also very happy and contented. She is sharing a cozy live-in relationship with her boyfriend Aziz who is another Bollywood wannabe and was introduced in `Uuf Kya Jadoo Hai Mohabbat` by Rajshri Productions. They met each other on the sets of the film while Jasveer was busy assisting Terence Lewis in the film.

This gorgeous actress has also worked with many popular choreographers like Saroj Khan, Raju Khan, Farah Khan and Ganesh Hegde. She thought that she will become a choreographer but she feels more comfortable in dancing rather than taking classes in dancing. Her fans can easily trace her in the dancing group of many recent Bollywood flicks. Her first dance number was in the Bollywood flick `Hindustan Ki Kasam`. Her recent performance was for Women Achievers Awards.

In the course of her profession she shared a very cordial bond with her co-stars and her family also supported her to an extreme extent. She does not have very high hopes and does not crave for lead roles in movies. She is much happy with small yet performance oriented roles in movies. On screen she would like to portray in an array of character ranging from comedy to thriller and action. She believes in the `live and let live` mantra in her life and strictly follows that. Her fans expect to see more of her in the coming years and she also promises to live up to their expectations.
