She is at her bitchiest best in the most popular soap of the recent times, `Kasamh Se` where she enacts the character of Jigyasa, the sister of the male protagonist Jai Walia (played by Ram Kapoor). She tries all possible ways to make the life of three sisters miserable, especially that of Bani, the female protagonist. She does not even care about her daughter-in-law much but is shown very possessive towards her son. She is also the constant fear factor in the whole house and is shown always as a dominating character.

Her cunning plots and schemes prevent the female protagonist Anjali from conceiving and giving birth to an heir.

In the other popular soap `Virrudh` which is aired on Sony Television she works in the newspaper of Dhirendra Raisinghania and was used by him whenever needed after that she was ignored completely when the latter reached the summit of success. She plans to take revenge from him whenever she gets the chance. The Balaji thriller `K Street Pali Hill` also saw her in a multiple shades, a mixture of both good and bad. In this she was shown shattered by the dispute in her marital life but still manages to bring a smile to others face. In the serial `Parivaar` she also did a very interesting cameo.

She has also appeared in a brief role in Jhamu Sughand`s `Johnny Gaddar` where she plays the wife of Vinay Pathak along with other powerful star cast like Dharmendra. She was also seen in a very performance oriented role in the Bollywood chartbuster `Aashiq Bana Apne`. She had also been working for a film by Neeraj Vora titled `Kya Family Hai` with starcast like Arjun Rampal and Dia Mirza.

In this film she will be seen in a powerful role again. In addition to this she has done an eight-minute festival film on the Godha riots with Anushree Basu.
