He is basically from New York and his family has been there since the last 25 years. He hails from a business family and is a college graduate. He was supposed to pursue his degree in law but destiny has other plans in store for him and he landed up in India.

He takes just fifteen minutes to garb up before the shoot or any other occasions. In his work also he dresses according the demand of the character. When he play the bad boy he streaks his hair to give a wild look and at other times he wears his hair in a simple manner to bring out the essential goodness of character. He is obsessed about watches and bracelets and has a huge stock of them.

He personally prefers to wear Indian outfits and has been complimented many times by others. He also believes that Indian fashion is definitely growing and in no time it will be picked up soon by the whole of the West. He thinks that the best-dressed person in the television industry is Aamna Shariff and also likes the dressing and style sense of Shabbit Ahluwalia. He loves to wear formals only in occasions and at other times people will find him dressed in casuals. Adjusting to the Indian lifestyle was very difficult for this youngster in the initial stages as he did not have any family and friends but gradually things started rolling out smoothly for him as he adopted the Indian lifestyle.
