Early Life of Biswajit Saha
Biswajit Saha was born on 15th December in the year 1987 in Bandel, West Bengal. This formidable and most dependant football player from Bengal plays as a Left Back in the team. Biswajit Saha was born and brought up in Bandel, Hooghly district
of West Bengal. He was playing football when he was in school. Biswajit Saha represented his school team when he was in Class X.
Early Career of Biswajit Saha
Biswajit Saha, from his early time, was playing in all positions except goalkeeper and striker. He then got a chance in the U-19 district team of Hooghly District where his performance helped him to get a call from the West Bengal
School Team. Then, Biswajit Saha also represented the senior district team where they became the Champions, defeating Jalpaiguri Football Team in 2-0 in the final match. Biswajit Saha played as left back in the final match of the School football team.
Later Career of Biswajit Saha
After becoming Champions, he joined Milan Samity in 2006 and played in Calcutta Football League 1st Division B group. Then he joined George Telegraph S.C. where he played for a couple of seasons. While in George, he was settled down nicely in the left back position by Coach Raghu Nandy. In 2007, George Telegraph defeated East Bengal 3-1. Saha played a vital role in that match. The next year, they defeated both East Bengal and Mohammedan S.C. in Calcutta Football League to finish in 3rd position. He also represented West Bengal in Santosh Trophy
, where they finished runners up, losing to Goa in tie-breaker.
Biswajit Saha joined Mohun Bagan
Team in the year 2009. Since he had a very good season in George Telegraph, he got an offer from Mohun Bagan Football Team, East Bengal Team and Chirag United Team, but he chose to join Mohun Bagan Football Team, because all his family members were supporters of the Mohun Bagan Team.
Biswajit Saha in IFA Shield
Biswajit Saha first played for Mohun Bagan Football Team in the semi final of the 2009 IFA Shield against Chirag United. They were down to 10 men within the first 10 minutes and eventually won the match in the tie breaker. He came as a replacement for Nallappan Mohanraj in the extra time.

Moreover, IMG-Reliance, the organisers of the IPL-style football tournament Indian Super League, and Eagles F.C. facilitated a two to six week training stint for the eight players with UK based Reading F.C. Academy.
