Narayani Shastri is a popular face in Indian Television. She did a number of serials and three Bollywood movies. She is believed to be one of the most versatile actresses.
 
 Narayani ShastriNarayani Shastri is one of the most versatile actresses in the world of television. She is basically from Mumbai and born in a family of five sisters and one brother. Her father is a doctor and her mother is a housewife. She started her journey to fame and popularity with Kahani Saat Phero Ki on DD1 some years back. But her first daily soap was Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She placed the role of sister of the main protagonist of the serial named Tulsi Virani.

After leaving that she took up another two projects titled Kabhie Na Kabhie and Beauty Parlour.

She never went hunting for roles. In fact she also stated in a recent interview that if she. This extremely talented actress was born on 16th April 1978. She completed her education at Symbiosis College in Pune and then later moved on to Government Law College in Mumbai.

Narayani has appeared in many Hindi plays but her first English play was titled Mad about Money. She has worked with Rajpal Yadav in a number of Hindi plays like `Ghulam`, `Begum` and `Badshah`. She has also worked in other serials like Koi Apna Sa, Kkusum, and Mamta. In all the soaps her roles are entirely different from the ones, which she played in the other. This crave for being different has made this actress so popular onscreen. She depicts positive and negative shades with equal flexibility and does not mind playing the role of a mother to a son who is the age group of mid-twenties. But she would not portray any role, which is not aimed towards a specific direction.

She has done also three Bollywood movies named Chandni Bar, Na Ghar Ke na Ghat Ke and Pak Pak Pakaak.
