Dalurband, West Bengal

Dalurband is a census town situated under the jurisdiction of the Pandaveswar police station of Durgapur subdivision in the Barddhaman district in the state of West Bengal in India. The rivers flowing through the district are the Damodar and the Ajay. The town has two primary schools.

Dalurband has a population of 14,978. Males and females respectively make up 56% and 44% of the population. The average literacy rate of 59%, is a bit lower than the nationwide standard of 59.5%. The male literacy is 68% while 47% of the females are literate. In Dalurband, 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.
