The town of Borgolai Grant No.11 lies in the Tinsukia district of Assam.

Borgolai Grant No.11 is a census town situated in the Tinsukia district in the state of Assam in India.

As per the census of 2001, the town is home to 5034 people, out of which 52% are males, 48% females and 11% children less than six years of age. The mean literacy rate of the town is 66%, higher than the national standard of 59.5%. The male and the female literacy rate is respectively 75% and 56%.
