The loverboy in the popular serial Yeh Meri Life Hai Ajay Arya has carved a niche for himself with his acting skill and smartness. One of the lead characters in that popular soap is actually a very adorable personality. The birth date of this cute chocolate-hero is 2nd September and he hails from the North Indian state of Haryana. He has done his bachelor of engineering with specialization in computer science. If he would not have been in the profession of acting he would have been in United States of America working for an IT firm. But destiny had something else in store for him.

The childhood idol of this television hero is Boris Becker, the renowned tennis champion. According to Ajay Arya, Boris is the epitome of a lot of hard work, ambition and youthful energy and so he has inspired him in more ways than one. He started his career with modeling. He got his first ad without any expectations. When he was studying in Bangalore he had gone with one of his friends to see an audition in the tinsel town. By sheer coincidence the person who was shooting asked him an audition for the ad. As he was facing the camera for the first time he was a bit nervous and also because of the fact that there were a lot of models around made him a bit unnerved. But ultimately everything turned out well for him and he bagged the toothpaste ad and was also ecstatic because the ad would be shot in Kualalampur.

That is how the journey of Ajay Arya began towards stardom. He had also acted in some other commercials after that including Colgate Gel, Tetley Tea, Ponds and Reynolds. He has also made appearances in some music videos of Sukhwinder Singh and Roop Kumar-Sonali Rathod. Soon after that he got the major turning point of his career with the offer to act in the very popular daily Yeh Meri Life Hai, which changed his life for better. In this serial he is one of the lead actors and is the best friend of the main protagonist of the soap, named Pooja. He studies in St. Martins College and plays a nice and sweet-natured guy. He keeps smiling most of the times and is also quite intelligent, ambitious and studious. His dream is that of becoming a Television producer and he works hard enough to achieve his goal.

He is also the college representative in this serial and always sports a pair of denims and a tee shirt. In a recent interview he declared the purpose of choosing his career. According to him TV nowadays has become a medium to reach the common masses and also evolved out as a completely unique medium.
