The Rayalaseema food and dance Festival is held in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh
. The festival is celebrated every year in the month of October. It is one of the biggest and most widely celebrated cultural festivals of Andhra Pradesh. The festival coincides with Peratasi, a month in Tamil Calendar. In Peratasi month, Bramhostavam of Lord Sri Venkateswara is celebrated at Tirupati. The purpose of the Rayalaseema food and dance Festival is to honour and celebrate the flourishing and lavish art and cuisine of Rayalaseema area of Tirupati in the Chittoor District
of Andhra Pradesh.
