Yoga Tattva Upanishad
The Yoga Tattva Upanishad is considered as a minor Upanishad in the Advaita tenet that deals with Yoga practices.

Yoga Tattva Upanishad has lists of troubles and afflictions which are known as upasarga. A yoga practitioner should strive to overcome dosha, vighna. The Yogatattva Upanishad is also one of the early sources of Tantric ideas which are related to chakras.

Yoga-Tattva or Yoga truth is meant for the benefit of Yogins who are freed from all sins through the hearing and studying it. Vishnu, who is the great Yogin, the great being and the great Tapasvin, is considered as a lamp in the path of the truth. Kaivalya which is the supreme seat is the path which gives liberation.
