Antariksa
Antariksa is the space between heaven and earth

AntariksaEvery religion on earth deals in the creation theory of their own .The Hindu religion is no exception. Most of the myths dealing with the creation of heaven and earth are contained in the Rig Veda

The Aryans believed that the cosmic order or universe was a simple one .At the top was heaven which was the abode of gods, sun, moon, stars and the souls of the righteous dead The Earth they believed was flat and below it was a subterranean realm containing the souls of unrighteous dead. The region between heaven and earth was called the antariksa, a broad expanse of air where birds, clouds and various types of demi-gods have their dwelling.
