Jagdish N. Bhagwati graduated in Commerce stream from Bombay University and later pursued his post graduation from Cambridge. He returned back to India in the year 1961 and served at the
Indian Statistical Institute as a Professor of Economics. Later on, he also served at the Delhi School of Economics as a Professor of International Trade. Prof Jagdish N. Bhagwati has received several esteemed awards including the Bernhard Harms Prize (Germany), the Mahalanobis Memorial Medal (India), the Freedom Prize (Switzerland), and more.

Dr. Manmohan Singh: Dr. Manmohan Singh is the Prime Minister of India. He was born in the year 1932 and is the first Sikh to hold the post.
