Operations Management is a comprehensive production-related responsibility that includes Inventory Management, Vendor Development, and Purchase Management. It also includes areas that demand multi-disciplinary skills like Supply Chain Management and ERP (enterprise resource planning).

What is the benefit of doing MBA in Operation Management?
A candidate with a MBA in Operation Management would be able to look after a factory or other operations of the factory in a better manner as compared to others due to their competency and knowledge regarding handling the operations of an organization.

Eligibility:
A student needs to have completed his/her graduation from any stream in order to pursue a MBA in Operation Management. The candidate needs to have good negotiation skills; they must have the ability to remain calm in the toughest of situations and lastly have good coordination skills.

Future prospects of MBA in Operation Management:
