Bachelor of Fine Arts ( BFA )

Bachelor of Fine Arts is a four- year integrative course, which requires innate skills such as drawing, sketching and good visualization skills. The course enables the student to develop an overview of the Fine Arts industry.

    Art students have a large spectrum of options in front of them, ranging from working in art studios, advertising companies, publishing houses, fashion houses etc. A number of artists choose to be freelance workers, as this allows for variety in their projects. Other relevant careers are teaching, direction, photography, television, clothing and fashion, as art directors for magazines, on-line services, software companies, publishing houses, manufacturers, advertising, promotion and product design.

    The candidate should have passed the HSC examinations from any of the streams. Besides this, natural interest and talent is essential for the course.     Entrance Tests for Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA):
    There are no entrance tests for admission in BFA. Admissions are granted to the students on the basis of the aptitude tests conducted before the admission.
