North Central Railway, Allahabad
North Central Railway, with its headquarters at Allahabad, is popular for its passenger friendly services.

North Central Railway, Allahabad came to be recognised as a separate entity from 1st April 2003. This was done to meet the growing demand for transportation facilities for this zone. The North Central Railways serve a large area of North India with its divisions at Allahabad (headquarters), Jhansi and Agra.
