Central Indian Recipes are a wide assortment of salted and sweet dishes, influenced by the recipes of other states.

Central Indian Recipes are such that they will impress every gourmet heart. The states Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh present an immense culinary effect in the whole of India. Cuisine of Central part of the country consists of both sweet and salted dishes. Though, central region of the Indian sub continent have no distinct cuisine of their own, yet they have ingested the food cultures from the neighbouring states. Hence, choice of food in Chhatisgarh and Madhya Pradesh is quite similar.

Moong Dal Ka Halwa Food pattern in the central zone has a wide assortment. In some regions magnificent dishes are prepared from wheat and meat, while other regions in the Central India prepare delicacies from rice and fish. Madhya Pradesh offers a great culinary experience to the foodies. The amalgamation of popular food cultures resulted in the exclusive outcome of Central Indian Recipes. The delicacies prepared are in vegetarian and non -vegetarian dishes.

Central Indian Recipes are combination of sweets and salty dishes. Most of the recipes are influenced by the recipes of other states. The recipes of Central India are a considerable blend of spicy, matchless and delicious food items. In addition to that the recipes of Central India have evolved by imbibing share of various ingredients by different foreign invasions of rulers and travelers. Thus cooking in central part of the country becomes appetizing and steaming.

The staple foods of the people in the central Indian states are wheat, Jowar and maize. Moreover, the meals are also inclusive of protein rich lentils. The most common Central Indian recipes is Arhar dal. People of these states in Central India cook vegetables in variety of styles. In addition to that dairy based dishes are more prepared in Gwalior and Indore districts. Other familiar food dishes of the region consists Cashew Barfi, Jalebi, Khurma and Moong Dal Ka Halwa (Lentil Pudding)

Central Indian recipes, as a result is a combination of various exotic dishes. Despite being heterogeneity, the unifying factor lies in the usage of various spices and herbs that make each dish delectable and thus the Indian of the central region became widely accepted all over the country. The recipes of Central India are thus acknowledged has interesting and delectable dishes of the country.
