Bhramara Mudra restores healthy intestinal flora in the body, practised for seven minutes a day.

Bhramara Mudra Bhramara Mudra is the symbol of Brahma. It is a type of Mudra which is good for allergies and removes the root cause of disease. The name of this mudra is associated from Indian dance and represents the various birds and insects. A bee, a parrot, a heron or a cuckoo can be denoted with the fingers in this mudra. This Mudra is practised to improve the weakened immune system and the intestinal flora that has also been affected. It is best for people who are allergic to meat, tomatoes, hot peppers, kiwis, and strawberries

When antibiotics and many other medications harm the intestinal flora and effects include congestion of mucous in the frontal sinuses, bronchial tubes, and intestinal tract with rashes. Bhramara Mudra is practised to get rid of the problem. The Bhramara Mudra can be done four times a day for seven minutes. It is a process where one is required to place his index finger in the thumb fold, and the tip of the thumb on the side of middle fingernail. The ring finger and little finger are relaxed and extended.
