
Back Mudra is an excellent Mudra for treating backache. This Mudra involves both hands for practice. Back mudra is practiced to get relief from acute backache.
The thumb, middle finger, and little finger of the right hand should be touching and the index finger and ring finger are extended.
The thumb joint is placed on the nail of the index finger of left hand. This mudra is practised for four times a day for 4 minutes or, against acute complaints, until it has an effect.
