Apan Mudra
Apan Mudra helps in removing waste materials from ones body and can be practised with both hands.

Apan MudraApan Mudra supports the removal of waste materials and toxins from the body, as well as eliminates any urinary problems. This Mudra also stimulates the wood element, which is associated with the energy of the liver and gallbladder. Moreover, this element also contains enhances power and pleasure. In addition to that it gives patience, serenity, confidence, inner balance, and harmony. Apan Mudra improves the mental realm; it creates the ability to develop vision. This mudra is also rightly called the energy Mudra. This Mudra helps remove the toxins from the body. Apan Mudra also has a balancing effect on the mind and helps develop inner balance and confidence.

The process of Apan Mudra involves both hands. Place the tip of thumb, middle finger, and ring finger together of each hand. Extend the other two fingers straight upward. When needed, it can be done for five to forty five minutes or use three times a day for fifteen minutes as a course of treatment.
