King Siddartha was the father of the Tirthankar Mahavira.

King Siddartha was the father of the Tirthankar Mahavira and the ruler of the kingdom of Kundgraam in present Bihar, India. He is considered as an important figure in Jainism. His wife was Queen Trishala. It is believed that by supernatural agency Siddartha was made the father of the great Tirthankar Mahavira.
