Zara Nach Ke Dikha is a new dance show on Star One. This show begins on 14 July and will air every Monday and Tuesday at 9:30 pm. This show is a home-grown format, conceptualized by the Star One creative team and produced by SOL. `Zara Nach Ke Dikha` is a show where TV girls will compete with TV boys on this reality dance show. There are two teams consisting of eight boys and girls where no elimination or voting will take place. The decision will be completely made by the judges.

Karan Singh Grover and Shweta Gulati are hosting the show while Malaika Arora Khan and famous Bollywood star Chunky Pandey are the respective judges.

Viewers will witness the clash twice a week. The first week is the `Performance Episode` of Zara Nachke Dikha. This will air every Monday for 1½ hour, which will have seven different performances across both teams wherein the jury will decide one winner. Next comes the `The challenge Episode`. This will air on Tuesday. In this episode the winning team will give the weaker team an opportunity to bounce back. Each week will have a Theme Round too given by the jury and the most innovative act will give the team and edge over the other. Only the jury will decide the winning team based on the week`s performance. The losing team of the week will get another chance to make up and give a better performance in the Challenger Round. The team member who loses this particular round goes to the Penalty Bench and the Benched member cannot perform till the next week, until the team can win him or her back in the next Challenger episode.

The contestants are the best of the celebrities from the television industry who will be pitted against each other to prove their superiority. Comprising 8 beautiful girls all geared up with their dancing shoes and feminine grace against 8 handsome boys, ready to prove their dancing mettle in this never seen before face off.

The two teams are named as Meethi Churi Ladkiyaan i.e. Girls Team and Tez Talwaar Ladke i.e. Boys Team. The team of Meethi Churi Ladkiyaan comprises of Delnaaz Paul as Captain, Jennifer Winget, Narayani Shastri, Karishma Tanna, Ashita, Mouni Roy, Rupali Ganguli, Swini Khara. The team of Tez Talwaar Ladke comprises of Ali Asgar as Captain, Bhaktyaar Irani, Gaurav Chopra, Manisha Goel, Chaitanya Choudhary, Amit tandon, Vikas Sethi, and Amey Pandya

The show is expected to not only present viewers with some stimulating dance moves but also showcase the best of the strategies in order to score over the opposite team. From understanding the next move to playing mind games to being extremely manipulative, the show will have the boys` scheme against the girls and vice- versa in the strategy room. The boys and girls are allowed to teasing, mocking, being sarcastic, disdainful and passing on sneering comments. The opponent team will miss no opportunity to take a dig at each other.

This is the best opportunity for both teams to put on their dancing shoes, to give in their best shot, to prove whether it will be the gorgeous and beautiful girls or muscly boys who will sweep the jury and the viewers off their feet.
