Sarva is another name of Lord Shiva and one of the eight modifications or manifestations of Rudra.

Sarva, Name Of Lord ShivaSarva is a Sanskrit word meaning all or everything and whole, complete. Sarva is said to be the name of Lord Shiva and derived from Shiva`s association with Rudra. Sarva or Sharva is also eight modifications or manifestations of Rudra meaning archer. The word is derived from the Sanskrit word for arrow or `shara`.
