The Madhya Pradesh and Railways teams then played against each other in the next match of the zone, which was held at Indore from 11-14 November, 1999. The Madhya Pradesh team appeared in the next match of the zone also and this time, it played against the Rajasthan team at Jaipur from 19-22 November, 1999. The seventh of the Central Zone league matches in the Ranji Trophy, 1999-2000 involved the teams like Railways and Uttar Pradesh and the two teams played the match at Delhi from 19-22 November, 1999. The Railways team earned 5 points and Uttar Pradesh earned 3 points from the drawn match. The Uttar Pradesh team then played against the Rajasthan team in the next match of the zone and the two teams played the match at Meerut from 26-29 November, 1999. The match was also a drawn one and the Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh teams earned 5 and 3 points, respectively from the drawn match. In the next match of the Central Zone, the teams of Vidarbha and Uttar Pradesh played against each other and the match was held at Kanpur from 28-31 December, 1999. The Uttar Pradesh team played very well in the match for earning 8 points by clinching a huge victory of 10 wickets and the Vidarbha team failed to earn any points from the match. The last of the Central Zone league matches in the Ranji Trophy, 1999-2000 saw the teams of Railways and Rajasthan playing against each other at Delhi from 28-31 December, 1999.
