The Hindu Mythology records that Krodhavasa is daughter of Daksha and one of the wife of Kashyapa.
Krodhavasa is the mother of all sharp-toothed monsters, residing on the earth, amongst the birds, or in the waters, that were devourers of flesh. The sons born of Krodhavasa were the serpents known as Dandasuka, as well as other serpents and the mosquitoes.
