Rauchya is the Manu of the thirteenth Manwantara, and son of the Prajapati Ruchi by the nymph Manini.
 
 Rauchya is the Manu of the thirteenth Manwantara. Rauchya's father was Prajapati Ruchi, the great sage. His mother was Manini, an apsara and the daughter of Pramlocha.
