Ekaparna And Ekapatala, Daughters Of The Mountain
Ekaparna and Ekapatala are stated as the two daughter of Mena, wife of the great mountain Himavat.

Ekaparna and Ekapatala are the two of the daughters of Mena, the eminent wife of the great mountain Himavat. They performed great austerities, which could not be accomplished by gods or Danavas, and distressed both the stationary and moving worlds. Ekaparna (One leaf) fed upon one leaf. Ekapatala took only one patala (Bignonia) for her food. The former was given as a wife to Asita Devala, the wise teacher of the Yoga. The latter was in like manner bestowed on Jaigishavya.
