Dhaumya is the name of the Purohita or family priest of the Pandavas.

 Dhaumya is the name of the Purohita or family priest of the Pandavas. Dhaumya also officiated as Hotri and cooked the sacrifice when it was offered. Dhaumya accompanied the Pandavas on their exile and on their return performed the inauguratory ceremonies for Raja Yudhishthira. During the great `Aswamedha` `yagna`, Dhaumya squeezed milk out of the horse`s ear.
