Tez channel, launched in the year 2005 in India, is a Hindi news channel from the TV Today network. The channel has a tag line of `khabrein phataphat` or quick news. The 24-hour news channel aims at delivering news to the busy viewer who does not find enough time to devote to long and detailed news bulletins.
