Established in 1964, the Patkar- Yarde College has grown steadily in the last four decades, and is well known in the Western suburbs. The college aims to expand in all directions, keeping abreast of the new trends in management, technology and education.
USP of the college:
The biggest advantage of the college is it`s location. The college is just 10 minutes walk from Goregaon station and is well-connected through roadways too. Besides that, their fests like Josh, Raves and Fiesta Inc are organized by their various departments. The annual Blood Donation camp also attracts participants. The College publishes a yearly magazine called `Samuha`.
Streams:
 Arts, Science, Commerce, Information Technology Computer Science, Management Studies, Microbiology, Banking, Finance and Accounting. In Junior College, Electronics and Computers for Science and IT for Commerce are offered as vocational subjects.
