Established in 1970, the College`s motto is "Let noble thoughts come to us from all sides." The college has been efficiently supported by `Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association`. The college has to its credit a number of CA toppers. It is also listed as one of the top accounting Colleges in India.

USP of the college:
The National Service Scheme department of the college is currently working on an environment friendly project called Green Mulund under the Hariyali Project. Its quizzing circle is one of the best and has won prizes in virtually all the business quizzes in Mumbai. Spectrum is their college festival and Armageddon is a national business quiz show hosted by their BMS department.
