Mandodari was the favorite wife of Ravana.

Mandodari, Wife Of RavanaMandodari was the favorite wife of Ravana. She was the beautiful and pious daughter of the King of Danavas, Mayasura and the celestial dancer, Apsara Hema.

Mandodari is a mother of Indrajit who defeated Indra, the king of Devas.

Mandodari is one of the Pancha Kanyas in Hindu mythology, the others being Ahalya, Draupadi, Sita and Tara.
