The Burhidihing River is one of the major tributaries of the Brahmaputra River. The River Burhidihing flowing at the speed of 103.58m at Khowang. The waters fall from an elevation of 102.11m. This river is highly prone to floods and the previous highest flood level was measured to be 103.92m in1988.
