South-South-East Extended Plot, Vastu Shastra
The rules of Vastu Shastra should be followed very carefully while constructing a building on this plot.

Although it is favorable to avoid semi-diagonal plots but in case they are purchased buildings can be constructed by following the principles of Vastu Shastra. There are several kinds of plots that can be bought but their utilities will vary.

When a plot in its South - South - East direction, makes an angle of 10° to 20° with its magnetic meridian, it is called the South-South-East extended plot.

The women living in the house build on this plot enjoy a dominant position. This type of plot is really advantageous for various trades and professions which will mainly be women centric, such as, ladies shopping centre, cosmetics, beauty parlors, ornaments and jewellery shops and others. Besides these the plot of land is also very useful for electric shops, hotels and transformer factories.

The rules of Vastu Shastra should be followed very carefully while constructing a building on this plot. Otherwise, one may face several problems, such as, disputes, clashes, discontentment among workers, problems in day to day life and health problems for men. As the magnetic meridian is extended towards the South-East Vastu Shastra needs to be consulted very carefully. The construction should never be oblique to get the proper magnetic meridian. The construction should be parallel to the plot as well as to the road.
