Piles are a varicosed condition of the veins of the anus. These produce a lot of pain. Sometimes it also bleed profusely and thus creating problem to the patient.

Treatment
There are various treatments of this disease for which the following medicines can be used but the patient should have the following symptoms as given below.

Aesculus 30: This medicine can be used when the person suffers from the following symptoms. Rectum feels sore, as if full of small sticks. Stools are hard and dry and, therefore, difficult to evacuate. After the stools, there is intense pain, which lasts for hours and spreads upwards to the back. Piles are painful but don`t bleed. Pain in the piles gets worse on standing or walking. In all these cases the person should take the medicine.

Aloe 30: Piles are basically like a bunch of grapes. They are bluish in colour and frequently bleeding. Constant soreness, burning and itching in the anus, preventing sleep are some of the symptoms for which the medicine named Aloe can be used. The anal discomfort is better by cold applications.

Hamamelis 30: The symptoms for using this medicine can be mentioned as profusely bleeding piles with burning and soreness of the anus. There is a sensation of pulsation or throbbing in the anus.

Nitric acid 30: This medicine can be used if the person suffers from the following symptoms. Bleeding piles that protrude with every stool. Burning pain and a splinter-like sensation in the anus, which lasts for hours after the stool. Extreme sensitiveness, nervous trembling, severe prostration and strong-smelling urine are other features of this medicine.

Nux v 30: Nux v 30 can be used in various symptoms such as when living the so-called modern life causes piles. Frequent ineffectual urge to pass stools is one of the symptoms. Constipation and diarrhoea alternate in the patient. The patient suffers from hypersensitive nature with a tendency to catch colds.

Paeonia 30: Severe pain, burning and itching in the anus with and after each stool, followed by a feeling of internal chilliness. These are the common symptoms for which the medicine named Paeonia can be used.

Sul 30: Burning and painful piles with redness of the anus. Sudden intense hunger at 11 a.m., a dislike for bathing and a craving for sweets are other features of this medicine.
