Defeated the British were compelled to sign an agreement with the Jats. The name of this fort literally means made of iron.

Bharatpur Government Museum: This museum is located in the middle of the Lohagarh fort. Excavations were carried out on a large scale in the neighboring villages of Mailah, Noh, Bayana, Bareh and others. These belonged to the Kuslian period.

Jawahar Burj and Fateh Burj: These towers symbolize the victory of the Jats over the Mughals and the British.

Keoladeo National Park: It is also known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. This is one of the largest bird sanctuaries in the world. a host of migratory birds flock to this place for laying eggs and rearing the young ones.
