Exercises for brain training in Kundalini
Exercises are required to educate the 4 brains towards a definite direction, with brilliant body and sound mind.

In order to train the brain exercise indeed plays the great role. To educate the four brains and to drive them in a particular direction, exercise is of course one of the core factors.

Exercise For the Reptilian Brain
One must contemplate on how to feel about one`s own territory; how can one change it to make it more supportive. One must meditate on survival, to what extent it is an issue for the individual. One must also contemplate on what threatens or heightens one`s sense of survival.

Symbolism- The exercise is to get hold of a stuffed toy or picture of one`s preferred reptile. Then, one needs to feel connected to it at times during meditations.

For the Limbic System
One must meditate on owning and enjoying one`s feelings. How many different feelings can one be conscious at a time? It is advised to let cuddlesome feelings enwrap one`s whole body and to honestly enjoy them.

Symbolism- Colour is highly related to and symbolic of emotions. To heighten and develop one`s emotions is considered foremost task, to make sure that one has enough colour in life- in their surroundings, attire, food, or creative projects.

For the Neo-Mammalian
One needs to meditate on the left hemisphere, filling it with energy, then the energy to the right hemisphere. Later, the procedure needs to be reversed from right to left hemisphere. Then, it needs to be repeated fore several times. One must feel the energy balance between the two sides and feel the corpus collosum (bridge between two hemispheres) open for action. A person needs to give the whole area over to freedom and expansion. Then, some time needs to be taken each day to look hard at something; there is nothing more to be conscious of or perceive. This develops perception. One must try each day to use one`s resourcefulness. Magazines and books should be read on subjects one has not studied and in which one possesses no definite inclination. This increases blood flow and helps open up fresh tracks in the brain; it also assists in one`s ability to think and distinguish.

For the Fourth Brain
One needs to be conscious of the area just below the crown chakra and across the top of the head under the skin. It is advised to channelise the energy into this area, feeling its expansion and opening up.

Keeping one`s concentration in the fourth brain area, one must ask questions, and let answers form by itself. The process is advised not to be followed in a hurry; answers and pictures may take time to establish. One must meditate on using the information which comes to an individual through this awareness.

Kundalini Bath- One must feel and see the Kundalini energy as a golden light (mental); it must allow the `feel` to bathe inside the whole head, making sure each brain receives some consideration. Exercises needs to be varied by using a silvery light (spiritual). One might notice heat inside the head; this helps in the transformation, but when unwarranted, it brings headaches. In order to feel relieved from headaches, the energy needs to be equalised throughout the head or sent it out the crown chakra, assimilating it with the divine energy above the head and letting the amalgamation shower down around the body.
