The following illustrations portray the locations of the seven chakra levels of each body. One may desire to be conscious of wearisome areas in one`s own body and their corresponding chakras.

Physical Body
The physical body is the thickest of the seven bodies, the only one which can be seen without psychic vision. Through the physical body, one can articulate, one can receive, one can become conscious. These seven chakra levels consist of the physical body.

1. Physical Level
Four locations- heels of the feet and hands.
Function- energy outlet for self declaration and for liberating physical fierceness; power spots.
Too open- very challenging.
Blocked- predisposition to walk more on the toes; not to communicate the self or no yearning to be noticed; a sensation of walking on egg shells; Hands might seem cold and pulled back; complexity in reaching out, shaking hands or affecting others.

2. Emotional Level
Location- spleen.
Function- peace on the emotional level.
Too open- unnecessary fury articulated, sometimes in detrimental processes.
Blocked- holding too much fury which may be liberated in subconscious manners.

3. Mental Level
Four Locations- top of shoulders above the arm sockets and at the pelvic bone on both sides (sit bones).
Function- manifestation of mental attitudes toward the body and its functioning in the physical world.
Too open- unwarranted consciousness and obsession with the body.
Blocked- no consciousness of debilitation, fatigue or pain; not in touch with the physical body and powerless to work with its troubles.

4. Intuitional/Compassionate Level
Two locations- cheekbones, slightly below them and inside the jawbone.
Function- liberates energy for deeper understanding or compassion toward the body.
Too Open- obsession with the body.
Blocked- disregarding needs of the body, pretty comparable to the former chakra.

5. Will/Spirit Level
Location- between the breasts on the breastbone.
Function- enthusiasm to really live life; renders will power for physical activities and for survival.
Too open- lack of vigilance when it is needed.
Blocked- fear of actually living or putting one`s heart into actions; sometimes absolutely no will to love.

Emotional Chakra Positions.

6. Soul Level
Two locations- adrenal glands (on top of kidneys).
Function- self-preservation; consciousness of need for fight or flight; action on an "I Amness" level; marshalling forces for a sound body.
Too open- too concerned with fight or flight or with getting one`s own way.
Blocked- needing to validate one`s existence; feeling detached from soul level; introverted fury; open to illness and feelings of rejection.

7. Divine Level
Location- root chakra- coccyx bone (tail bone).
Function- purifies and harmonises lower level energies; sense of security through groundedness with earth and higher level energy.
Too open- extravagant risk taking.
Blocked- lack of safety; incapability to handle lower level energies well.

Emotional Body
The emotional body has a vibratory rate by which one feels and conveys emotions; it is also a passageway to the divine and when fully developed, serves as a channel for feelings of divine love.

1. Physical Level Location- stomach.
Function- absorption of emotions.
Too open- susceptible; unwarranted emphasis on feelings.
Blocked- incapability to stomach or digest emotions; incapability to act properly with emotions.

2. Emotional Level
Location- navel.
Function- strongest of the emotional chakras; connecting link with other people on feeling level.
Too open- too emotional; incapability to think distinctly, because of the unnecessary pressure of the emotions.
Blocked- less processed or developed feelings; may he volcanic in nature; though energies may be blocked here, a person would still be exceedingly obsessed with feelings.

3. Mental Level
Location- in the lower back above the root chakra and below the small of the back.
Function- thinking or reasoning about feelings; humour and approval of life.
Too open- overly inattentive with feelings.
Blocked- no humour; taking feelings and self too critically.

4. Intuitional/Compassionate Level
Location- xiphoid process (attached to bottom of breastbone).
Function- classifying what is right or wrong for the person; beginning of conscience energy.
Too open- unnecessary guilt feelings; always trying to rationalise or explain one`s stance or feelings.
Blocked- blocked guilt feelings; may take on others potential without understanding them.

5. Will/Spirit Level
Location- below the waist on the spine in the back.
Function- emotional strength; helps to equalise emotions; helps in the feeling of having backbone.
Too open- pushing one`s will on others through emotional means; terribly forceful.
Blocked- weak willed; easily influenced emotionally about others.

6. Soul Level
Two Locations- both sides of compassionate heart chakra.
Function- helps reinforce one`s ability to give and receive love and to be aware of one`s own "I Amness" in the loving process.
Too open- may feel an extravagant need to love others or be loved by others.
Blocked- not daring to love or not feeling worthy to love or be loved; blocks on the right side pertain to attitudes about loving; blocks on the left side pertains to feelings about loving.

7. Divine Level
Location- compassionate heart chakra (middle of upper chest).
Function- feeling unity of all levels; consolidation of emotions for balance; equilibrium; love, compassion and understanding of others.
Too open- exceptionally concerned about loving enough; about doing enough for others; a person may feel wiped out.
Blocked- hard hearted; closed; afraid to love.

Mental Body
The mental body is the vibratory rate through which one thinks and reasons out. When one operates in lower levels of the mental body, one`s opinions and attitudes may be heavily influenced by feelings, giving rise to a "desire mind", products of which include preconceptions, opinions and other forms of emotionally-seasoned thinking. Operating at the superior levels of the mental body, one is capable of nonfigurative thinking, creativity, logical analysis, mathematics and philosophy.

1. Physical Level
Location- lower throat.
Function- accepting what is; coordinating ways to work with situations; a feeling of power to make changes.
Too open- always trying to take charge of things, generally other people`s lives.
Blocked- incapability to accept (swallow) mentally; incapability to work with situations; may have too much conceit or prejudices.

2. Emotional Level
Location- temples.
Function- feelings about things perceived.
Too open- unnecessary attempts to grasp everything.
Blocked- may disfigure vision or only see what is contentedly seen.

3. Mental Level
Location- third eye (between eyebrows).
Function- home of ego; fortifies self as separate individual; extrasensory sight.
Too open- narcissistic.
Blocked- weak or upturned ego; closed to other attributes of life.

4. Intuitional/Compassionate Level
Location- centre of transverse colon (above navel).
Function- emotional level of acceptance or refusal of thoughts; emotional-mental connection.
Too open- feeling one`s thoughts are exceptionally vital.
Blocked- undigested thought, forms or ideas; can lead to constipation.

5. Will/Spirit Level
Location- upper throat, at the base of the tongue and straight back under the chin.
Function- triggers will to articulate thoughts and speak up.
Too open- unwarranted expression of thoughts (talk too much).
Blocked- deficiency of confidence in one`s mental abilities; choking on words; sore throat.

6. Soul Level
Location- fifth eye (centre of forehead).
Function- triggers higher mind for creative thinking; brings responsiveness of the bigger picture of life and one`s place in it.
Too open- too obsessed with humane values.
Blocked- self-centered; lack of vision.

7. Divine Level
Location- seventh eye (straight up from the fifth eye, above the normal hair line, approximately 3/4 to 1 inch).
Function- consciousness of self on soul level; communication point with higher self.
Too open- exceptionally inattentive with higher vision of the self.
Blocked- incapability to comprehend and use spiritual sixth sense; preoccupied with just the human side of life.

Intuitional/Compassionate Body
This is the vibratory rate where one feels empathy and has understanding of self and others. It is also a medium for the manifestation of higher forms of love- a gateway to the Divine- functioning as a connecting link between the emotional and the divine levels. In this body, one is above the confines of time and space; there is understanding without the need to go through a process of analysis and judgement. This body is the home of intuition.

1- Physical Level
Location- liver.
Function- energy for acting on what one spiritually conceives is redress for them.
Too open- unknowingness of how one`s spiritual direction can best work with other people`s spiritual direction; too assertive with one`s insights.
Blocked- chickenhearted; may feel like a coward in terms of following through on one`s own spiritual discernment.

2. Emotional Level
Locations- midpoint on outer edges of thighs and upper arms.
Function- connection with other people; feeling the flow of energy between oneself and others.
Too open- excessively aware of other people`s energy and not harmonising with one`s own.
Blocked- shut-out from others.

3. Mental Level
Location- base of the breastbone above the xiphoid process.
Function- flowing correctly in life and relationships.
Too open- over acceptance.
Blocked- too emotionally involved or disapproving.

4. Intuitional/Compassionate Level
Location- heart chakra - upper centre of chest (this chakra is the same as the seventh level of the emotional body).
Function- most authoritative of all chakras for conveying unrestricted love, compassion and understanding.
Too open- exaggeratedly concerned with others; lack of poise between self and others.
Blocked- hard-hearted; conditional love, kindness and understanding.

5. Will/Spirit Level
Two Locations- both sides of upper hose.
Function- power chakras, providing bravery to amalgamate energy of earth and heaven for realistic use.
Too open- extreme, either with earth or heavenly energies; incapacity to bring energies back into the self.
Blocked- feel immobilised or incompetent in the above areas.

6. Soul Level
Two Locations- pupils.
Function- deep manifestation of the "I Amness" presence; sometimes called windows to the soul.
Too open- too much need to feel philosophical.
Blocked- afraid of one`s own deepness; the eyes may look as if there is nobody in there (may feel this when looking at people).

7 Divine Level
Location- base of brain, medulla oblongata.
Function- energises divine understanding; ecstatic awareness of self as one with God; concords understandings from insights on lower levels and of the divine plan in one`s life.
Too open- obsessed with higher levels at the cost of the human level.
Blocked- possessed with the human level and the routine responsiveness of life.

Will/Spirit Body
The will/spirit body is the medium or vibratory rate through which spirit manifests. It conveys energy which expresses as will and is the utmost level an individual can arrive at and still negate the Divine or Soul levels; this brings an opportunity of huge negativity or karma, because the energy is so high that it can cause, when misrepresented, much devastation. This is the area for selection- Divine will or the individual will.

1. Physical Level
Four Locations- palms of hands and soles of feet.
Function- sensing energy in relationship to outside world.
Too open- too involved with others; unwarranted wishing to share or mend the world.
Blocked- poor circulation; cold in hands or feet; holding back from sharing with the world.

2. Emotional Level
Four Locations- backs of knees and insides of elbows.
Function- capability to affirm oneself on the emotional level and be open to action from the feeling level.
Too open- too pushy.
Blocked- weak knees; lack of emotional sustenance for one`s will or wishes.

3. Mental Level
Four Locations- armpits and the area where legs connect with the body on the front side.
Function- mental acceptance of one`s will and requirements; putting thoughts to action.
Too open- too narcissistic.
Blocked- poor stance towards self; fear and holding back in areas.

4. Intuitional/Compassionate Level
Location- one inch below the crotch.
Function- furnishes energy for understanding and use of power; companion chakra to the seventh level chakra of this body.
Too open- vigilance needs to be used with this chakra; the power can be negative when one`s body is not developed to hold higher energies.
Blocked- escalates negative sexual energies; heightens feelings of hostility or a need to burst out.

5. Will/Spirit Level
Location- power sex chakra (two chakras below navel).
Function- power source for substantial energy, sex drive, mending energy, joy of life.
Too open- unnecessary or unrestrained power or sexual energy.
Blocked- fear of power, lack of joy, negative or obstinate sexual energy.

6. Soul Level
Location- behind crown chakra at top of head.
Function- assists in accomplishing nirvana or blissful states; it is the "not my will, but thine" chakra.
Too open- spaced out, helplessness to use higher energies in daily life.
Blocked: overcasts awareness of elevated spiritual and mental levels.

7. Divine Level
Location- four fingers breadth above head, smaller than the crown chakra.
Function- human and spiritual energies intermingle here, permitting one to enter elevated levels in a dynamic, practical way.
Too open- spacey or exhaustion of physical body energy.
Blocked- institutes feelings of segregation, loneliness, lack of bonding with soul level, being down on oneself.

Soul Body
The soul body is the medium for the manifestation of souls energies and the home of the "I Am" presence. It furnishes supervision for the human level.

1. Physical Level
Four Locations- instep of feet and thumb sides of wrists.
Function- fortifies ability to bring the "I Amness" presence into action; gives soul manifestation in the physical level.
Too open- obsessed with self; an inclination to disregard others.
Blocked- weak feet and hands; holding back, normally from life.

2. Emotional Level
Four Locations- inside legs, just above the knees and inside arms, just above the elbows.
Function- "I Amness" running through feelings.
Too open- too occupied with the priorities of one`s own feelings.
Blocked- weak-kneed; pulling arms back to the body; holding back from deeper, more private emotions.

3. Mental Level
Four Locations- inside connections of legs with pelvic area and on the body side of the armpits.
Function- "I Amness" uttered through mental reasoning; a rational or healthy attitude towards self, as a person and unit.
Too open- anxious with expressing oneself as a person or unit.
Blocked- poor posture; not feeling acceptable in life; fragmented between mental and soul areas.

4- Intuitional/Compassionate Level
Two Locations- ovaries or testicles.
function: maturation of sexual orientation toward self and the world; healthy polarity identities.
To open- sensing that one is God`s gift to the opposite sex, Kundalini and the Chakras.
Blocked- fear of sexuality and not being religious; fear of unsuitability in male/female relationships.

5. Will/Spirit Level
Two Locations- about one inch above lower ribs on both sides of the chest.
Function- capacity to take and use the breath of life; swearing one`s right to be.
Too open- too much need for space.
Blocked- sensing to drown in other people`s energies; lung problems; poor breathing practices.

6. Soul Level
Two Locations- each side of the neck on the curve from the body into the neck.
Function- manifestation of self-respect; feelings of importance; holding the head up.
Too open- conceit.
Blocked- tension in the neck area; inclination to pull neck and head into the body (turtle complex).

7. Divine Level
Two Locations- straight above the ears.
Function- experiencing oneself as one with God; self experienced as a unit of God`s cognisance; channelising one`s life through awareness of God realisation.
Blocked- headaches; poor discernment or insight as to one`s fateful energies; a feeling of "losing it."

Divine Body
The Divine Body is the seventh and the supreme. In this body, one associates to the glint of the divine within oneself. Through this energy one can deeply feel the presence of God in one`s lives and feel united with God (one may desire to use the term "divine reality", source- whatever distinguishes this energy for oneself).

1. Physical Level
Twenty Locations- ends of fingers and toes.
Function- curing energies and discernments of energies around oneself.
Too open- depletes energy.
Blocked- may turn into rage and a craving to push or kick one`s way clear, symbolically or literally; can impact on health of hands and feet.

2. Emotional Level
Location- devotional chakra, centre of back of head.
Function- conveying devotion for the divine.
Too open- may be exceptionally devoted to one`s own ego or a cause (fanaticism or over-zealousness), particularly if the crown is also blocked.
Blocked- lack of feeling, curiosity or even recognition of a divine level or beings or one`s connectedness with this area; occasionally cold towards others.

3. Mental Level
Two Locations- just inside the pelvic bones, above where the legs join the body.
Function- manifestation of thankfulness and faith; opens one to richness.
Too open- Pollyanna behavior; avaricious.
Blocked- may limit thankfulness and hinder the flow of abundance.

4. Intuitional/Compassionate Level
Location- solar plexus, just below the xiphoid process chakra; associated to the pancreas.
Function- spiritual energies enter in for dispersion within the body; arouses and polishes the system to higher vibrations and sweetness of life; many energies flow through this chakra for materialisation of circumstances in one`s life; connects to one`s place in the world.
Too open- searching overly for sweetness of life; exaggeratedly concerned about one`s place in life.
Blocked- closed to spiritual energies, sweetness and joy of life; fear of modification and opening up to bigger things in life.

5. Will/Spirit Level
Location- within hollow, at base of throat (bones build a horseshoe shape).
Function- yearning or will to serve in the world.
Too open: unreasonable commitment to others at the price of one`s own destiny-energy; feelings of delivering the world.
Blocked- fear of giving to or serving others; martyr sensations.

6. Soul Level
Two Locations- 1 to 1+ inches on both sides of the navel (depending upon body size). The Chakras of the Seven Bodies
Function- union of the energies of the body with divine energies or with others.
Too open- unwarranted search for unification.
Blocked- can be harmful to self or others.

7. Divine Level
Location- crown chakra, middle or top of head.
Function- association with elevated spiritual levels; poise in everyday life.
Too open- spacey; unable to serve in daily life; may feel exhausted or weak.
Blocked- negativity; down on oneself; deficiency of link with divine levels; demented; mystification.
