A right-handed batsman of the Jammu & Kashmir Cricket team, who is also a right-arm offbreak bowler.

Kavaljit Singh is a right-handed batsman of the Jammu & Kashmir Cricket team. He was born on November 11, 1973 in Jammu. He is also a right-arm offbreak bowler of the team.

Kavaljit Singh started his "First-class" cricket career in 1990/91.Till then, he has played in altogether 69 "First-class" matches in his cricket career with an average of 36.74. He has scored total 4446 runs, which includes 7 centuries and 29 half-centuries. The highest score made by Kavaljit Singh in any of the "First-class" matches is 206 runs. Vineet Jain, Pradeep Jain, Satyanarayana Subramanya and Sanjay Satpathy dismissed him mostly in the "First-class" matches.

While in bowling, Kavaljit Singh has picked up total 12 wickets by losing 437 runs out of the 809 balls he played in the "First-class" matches. His bowling average is 36.41 and economy is 3.24 in these matches.
