Kirat Ashokbhai Damani, Gujarat CricketerKirat Damani is a right-handed batsman of the Gujarat cricket team. He was born on October 23, 1978 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is also a right-arm offbreak bowler of the Gujarat team. His full name is Kirat Ashokbhai Damani.

Kirat Damani started his "First-class" cricket career in 1998/99. He has played in altogether 39 "First-class" matches till today with an average of 30.63. He has made his total score of 1930 runs in these matches, which includes three centuries and 12 half-centuries. The maximum score made by Kirat Damani in any of the "First-class" matches is 142 runs. Sumit Mathur and Sairaj Bahutule dismissed him mostly in these matches.

While in bowling, Kirat Damani has picked up total 22 wickets by losing 1099 runs out of the 2523 balls he played in the "First-class" matches. His bowling average is 49.95 and economy is 2.61 in these matches. The latest "First-class" match played by Kirat Damani was against Maharashtra cricket team, which was held at Nasik from January 2 to 5 in 2007. In the "List A" matches, Kirat Damani debuted in 1998/99. Till then, he has played in overall 40 "List A" matches in his cricket career with an average of 34.90. His total scorecard reading in these matches is 1047 runs, which includes one century and six half-centuries. The maximum score made by Kirat Damani in any of the "List A" matches is 114 runs. Sairaj Bahutule dismissed him mostly in these matches.

Kirat Damani dismissed Sridharan Sriram, Darshan Mulherkar, Firoz Bambhaniya, Hitesh Parsana, Yogesh Takawale, Kaushik Aphale, Rakesh Dhurv, Himanshu Jadhav, Shitanshu Kotak, Kiran Powar, Niranjan Godbole, Sandeep Trigune, Satyajit Parab, Prakash Bhatt, Irshad Sindhi and Sachin Aradhye mostly in the "List A" matches. Kirat Damani played his latest "List A" match against Baroda, which was held at Mumbai on February 14 in 2007.
