Amit Singh is a right-handed batsman of the Gujarat cricket team. He was born on June 21, 1981 in Bidar, Karnataka. He is also a right-arm medium-fast bowler of the team.

Amit Singh started playing in the "First-class" matches in 2004/05. Till then, he has played in altogether nine "First-class" matches with an average of 10.30. He has made his total score of 103 runs, which includes 14 fours and one six. The maximum score made by Amit Singh in any of the "First-class" matches is 27 runs and his striking rate is 38.14. Sanjay Pandey, Nilesh Kulkarni, Sanjay Bangar and Sony Cheruvathur dismissed him mostly in these matches.
