The Safdarjüng Airport is located at Safdarjüng near Delhi.

Safdarjüng Airport is a Delhi based airport, located at Safdarjüng. The Safdarjüng Airport is also considered as `home to the Delhi Flying Club`. Previously the Safdarjüng Airport was known as Willingdon Airfield. Before the Indira Gandhi International Airport was constructed, this airport functioned as the arterial airport of Delhi. A flyover highway is constructed near the airport that makes the landing more cautioned. The Safdarjüng Airport is situated at a distance of 8 km from the city. The total land area is 253.12 acres.
