Rameshwaram Shiva Temple is located in Jawahar Nagar in Srinagar district.

Rameshwaram Shiva Temple is located in Jawahar Nagar in Srinagar district of Jammu & Kashmir. The temple is devoted to Lord Shiva. Due to certain inexplicable reasons, the temple was closed a few years back, only to reopen its doors in 1990.

The importance of the temple lies in the fact that it shares the same wall with a Gurdwara. There are several mosques nearby. Shivratri is the key festival celebrated here. Rameshwaram Shiva Temple can be easily accessed from Srinagar by road. The nearest railhead is Jammu.
