Depending upon the material used to make pendants, they can be categorised in different types.

A hanging piece of jewellery that is attached to a necklace or a chain is known as pendant. Pendants are available in various shapes and sizes. The different use of precious materials renders a pendant into an enchanting piece. Pendants are used for embellishment for a long period of time.
