In India enameling is done following some basic techniques.

Basically enameling is the synthesis of a particular powdered glass to metals. Anything that can be made out of metal can be enameled; anything from vases to spoons, to frames to jewelry, from metal mesh to solid forms, from large to small, from fancy to plain. The cells are filled with granular glass and fired at temperatures of over 800°C. Vitreous Enamel is a true glass fused to metal. As the technique of enameling has gone through a long way in respect of the ways of applying of enamel and preparing the enameled metal, enameled jewelleries have been improved their appearances and styles.

Jewelleries like bangles, earrings, rings, bracelets, pendants are found in superb designs that catch the fancy of people of modern outlook. Latest techniques are introduces along with the modern designs to make this enameled jewelleries of contemporary fashion.
