Nestled in the Thrissur district of Kerala, Nenmenikkara town has shown a significant population counting of 17,406.

In other words male populace constitutes 49 % of the total population, while female residents comprises 51 %. 11 % of the total population constitutes of children who are below six years of age.

From this report it can be deciphered that both male and female in Nenmenikkara have given priority to education and learning. Thus male literacy rate constitutes 85 %. Rate of female literacy is quite high at 80 %.
