The Marvanthe Beach in Karnataka is the perfect place to enjoy the combination of sun sand and sea.

Maravanthe BeachThe Maravanthe Beach is nearly fifty kilometers from Udupi in Karnataka. What makes the beach attractive are the golden sand, palm trees, clear blue sky that draws large number of tourists visiting Karnataka. The waters here are safe for swimming and therefore it is a popular picnic spot. To experience the serenity of this picturesque virgin beach one can take a drive along the beach through NH 17 that offers a magnificent view of the Arabian Sea on one side and Sauparnika River on the other.

Some major attractions in and around the beach are St. Mary`s Island, Baindur and Ottanane. The nearest airport from this beach is the Mangalore Airport and the nearest railhead is the Mangalore Central Railway Station.
