One Night @ The Call Center, Chetan Bhagat Chetan Bhagat was born on 22nd April 1974. He is an ex-IITian, graduating from IIT Delhi in 1995. He was always a good student and serve as the editor of the hostel magazine at IIT. Post IIT, he did an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad graduating in 1997. He also received a medal for the `best outgoing student award`. After IIM, he has been working in Hong Kong with a prominent US investment bank for the past six years. Chetan attended The Army Public School in his childhood where he learnt the discipline in life. His love for writing inspires him to frequently contribute articles and stories to local publications and newspapers. Apart from writing, the author has a keen interest in Yoga.

Synopsis:
One Night @ The Call Center is a must read book for each individual working in a call center. Chetan Bhagat in his latest book One Night @ the Call Center has created some immortal character who are as lively as the author himself. The story revolves around six people, three men and three female to be precise working in the same group. They have six different lives altogether but all of them were interconnected. One Night @ The call center is a gripping story and one would like to finish it off in one reading. The story starts in a bit unconventional way and there are surprises all through it.

The book takes the reader through the journey into the minds of different characters who work in call center. The book is not at all boring and full of activities. This is a story of five friends who work in just another call center in Gurgaon. They do the usual stuff as everyday workers do, they visit the same places as the normal people, and they have similar aspirations and similar problems as well, they have more or less similar problems that a call center agent faces. This story of one night takes off pretty well, and grows on you fast. However, as morning approaches, the story begins to stagger. It wobbles and falls flat in the end. The life of Shyam and Vroom are really interesting.
