Ruchira Kale is a multifaceted Indian Classical vocalist who has carved a niche for herself in the realm of Music for the last 14 years.

Ruchira KaleRuchira Kale has been reckoned as a multifaceted aspiring Indian classical vocalist. She has been exploring the world of music for the past 14 years. As recognition to the expertise she has been conferred many accolades throughout her professional career. She has fetched the rave reviews and commendation from the connoisseurs and her audiences who have been mesmerised while she executes. However she has captivated the attention of audiences all over the world.

Early Life of Ruchira Kale
Ruchira Kale did her education from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya and Abhinava Vidyalaya, in Pune. Later she studied at St.Mary`s Convent School and completed her education. When Ruchira Kale was at her 12 years of age, she became all rounder at school; but decided to consecrate herself fully to music. Her father Dilip Kale initiated her to the world of music and trained her to make a distinctive place in the world. Later on under the expert tutelage of renowned vocalist of Jaipur Gharana, Alka Deo Marulkar, she has learnt the nuances of Hindustani Classical and Semi Classical vocal music. In the year 2003, Ruchira Kale joined the high-status ITC Sangeet Research Academy, Kolkata, to receive precious Taleem from the distinguished Gwalior-Jaipur gharana vocalist Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar. From the doyen of Banaras gharana, Girija Devi, she has also learnt the intricacies of Thumri, Dadra, Hori, Kajri.

However Ruchira Kale has attempted to enrich her repertoire with her passion and commitment. At the school, collegiate and national levels Ruchira Kale has own the All India Radio Classical Vocal Competition, in the year 1999 in the National level, Gaanvardhan Sansthan award at Pune, Dewal Club award at Kolhapur. In 2000, Ruchira Kale was certificated with the Central Government`s Scholarship for Young Talents. Apart from exhibiting excellence in the field of music, she has also shown her brilliance in the academic field. She also obtained her Master`s Degree in English Literature.

Career of Ruchira Kale
Ruchra Kale has exhibited at many highly esteemed platforms in India and abroad, the ITC SRA Sangeet Sammelans, Lucknow, Delhi; the ITC SRA Scholars Presentation, Kolkata; Yuva Mahotsav, DMCC, Mumbai; Yashwantrao Chavan Center, Mumbai; Pt. Ratanjankar Smriti Samaroh, Gwalior; Gururao Deshpande Sangeet Sabha, Bengaluru; Aarambh, Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal; Uttaradhikar, M.P. Government, Khandwa; Vedic Heritage Aashram, Long Island, New York, to name a major few. In the year 2002, a successful concert and Lecture-Demonstration tour, Ruchira Kale has also visited the USA and Canada.

Recently, Ruchira Kale has released her international album, A Place in Space. The noted news paper Mid-Day, Pune has given her the name, Young Achiever. Dainik Bhaskar, Bhopal, being imperative national newspaper, has named her as the Woman Achiever.

Ustad Zakir Hussain, Pandit Jasraj, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Pt. C.R.Vyas, Pt. Ajay Chakravarty, Gundecha Brothers, Pt. Suresh Talwalkar, Padma Talwalkar, Shruti Sadolikar, Pt. Kumar Prasad Mukherjee, Buddhadev Dasgupta has applauded and appreciated her gayaki.
