Rishi Pahar

Rishi Pahar is a mountain peak in the Himalayas that is located in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand. The hills are located at the northeast side of the ring of peaks enclosing the Nanda Devi Sanctuary and the eastern edge of the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve in the south of Trishuli and Hardeol. The Milam Glacier lies on the eastern side of Rishi Pahar. In Hindi, the term Rishi Pahar means `the peaks of saint`.
