Nestled in the district of Murshidabad of West Bengal Khodarampur is the name of a census town.

In case of West Bengal the same rule is also applicable. In fact Khodarampur is a census town, which is situated in the district of Murshidabad of the same state of India .

It is to be noted that its average literacy rate comprises of 44 %, which is even lower than that of India. 59.5 % is India`s average literacy rate. In Khodarampur male literacy constitutes of 51 %. Just like population status, Khodarampur`s female literacy is also less. It is 38 % only. Children of Khodarampur who are below six years of age constitute 21 % of the total population.
